Various raw materials used in sock production

In daily sock production, the following raw materials are used to introduce each consumer one by one.

It can be roughly divided into the following categories: a: plant fibers; b: animal fibers; c: synthetic fibers and regenerated fibers. Plants include: cotton, hemp, kapok, and other animal species include: wool, free hair, camel hair, silk, etc. Synthetic fibers include: polyester, polypropylene, acrylic, nylon, etc. Synthetic fibers refer to raw materials that combine two types of materials, including cotton fiber, cotton polyester, wool fiber, cotton linen, etc. Introduction to commonly used raw materials:

Combed cotton (all cotton):

A. Combed cotton: Use a combing machine to remove shorter fibers (about 1cm or less) from cotton fibers, leaving behind longer and more neat fibers. The yarn spun from combed cotton is finer and of better quality. The fabric made of combed cotton yarn has a high quality level in texture, washing resistance, and durability. Combing and regular combing are processes that only cover the veil. Combed cotton yarn is smoother, and the resulting fabric has a smooth surface without any knots. There are two types of spandex fibers, one is a mosaic copolymer of aromatic diisocyanase and hydroxyl containing polyester segments (referred to as polyester spandex), and the other is a mosaic copolymer of aromatic diisocyanate and hydroxyl containing polyether segments (referred to as polyether spandex). Spandex fibers, elastic polyolefin fibers, and elastic composite fibers are collectively referred to as elastic fibers, Shuwu Wei uses a type of fiber that has both rubber and fiber properties.
